Welcome, I’m Heather Solomon—a Transformational Coach specializing in. Women’s Empowerment. I’m passionate about working with women to give them back their voices and passions so they can design the life of their dreams. I help women beat burnout and achieve abundant success. I help
change makers stand in their power and discover their greatness.
I serve women who have a deep desire for greater in their life because they know there’s more out there for them then what they’re currently experiencing.
Tell me something, are you:
- Holding yourself back because of fear, self-doubt, and uncertainty?
- Tired of letting the past define you and ready to redesign your life?
- Feeling like it’s time to truly focus on becoming the woman you’re meant to be?
- Sick of settling in your life, ready for change, and willing to let go of regret?
- Ready to work with someone who will offer unconditional support, accountability, and a roadmap for success. Creating a new path to living the life of your dreams?
Then you’re in the right place, because I’ve not only been there myself, but I’ve uncovered what it takes to free yourself from the life you’re living so that you can realize your dreams!
Let me tell you a story…
One morning, I woke up startled by the sound of my alarm. As I swung my legs over the bed, I thought to myself, “I would literally pay someone $100 if they would just let me sleep 15 more minutes. I don’t understand why I am so tired all the time.
I get up tired, move through my day tired, and go to bed tired… what is going on?
As I look in the mirror one thing goes through my mind, “who is that person staring back at me?” I don’t think I recognize her anymore.
I know its morning, but damn she doesn’t look too good. If I were a car, I’m positive someone would be trading me in. I know the front-end needs an alignment and the back-end has damage. I guess this is what neglect looks like. What it looks like when you put yourself last for 16 years.
You know it didn’t start this way.
I came out of the blocks like an Olympic sprinter headed for the finish line. I wanted to set the world on fire. I had big goals and dreams and I was determined to make them happen.
It was always my goal to graduate from college with an Accounting degree. Join Corporate America and work my butt off until I became an executive. More than anything I wanted the opportunity to earn a six-figure
I feel very blessed to tell you that I was able to achieve all that. So why wasn’t I happy?
Because it was never my dream to be exhausted all the time. It was never my dream to work 60-80 hours a week for 16 years. It was never my dream to not have time to enjoy my success. And it was absolutely not my dream to start having health issues because I was so sedentary setting behind a computer all day.
I was never supposed to be that girl… because I knew better.
I’d studied personal development for over 30 years!
At the end of 2016, I told myself the truth.
So, I made the decision to make big changes in my life in 2017.
Yet, 2017 was one of the hardest years of my life.
I felt like one of those Weeble Wobbles, continually taking hits, getting knocked down… yet I got back up every time. Health Issues, Family Issues, Financial Issues.
In 2017 it wasn’t about making big changes it was about keeping my head above water.
What I know now is I had to go through all of this to make the decision to walk away from my job and my unhappiness. I had to truly choose something different. In 2017 I faced some of the worst fears of my life and found out how incredibly resilient and strong I am—we ALL are—as a human being.
I made the decision and quit my job and now live my passion and purpose by working with women who feel like I felt. They’re in a situation/relationship that is no longer serving them, but they’re not sure what to do. They’re unhappy and know there’s more out there for them to discover in their life. They need a coach who has been there, got her ass kicked, and isn’t only still standing… but is making her dreams come true.
The women I work with become…
- Bold enough to live life on their own terms and never apologize for it.
- Unwilling to let their past define them for any longer than it has.
- Able to stand comfortably and powerfully in their own skin and self-worth.
- Ready, willing, and capable of rewriting their story and follow their dreams.
Are your ready and willing to reinvent yourself?
Are you willing to do something you’ve never done before?
Are you willing to stand in your greatness?
